OUR DIFFERENCE

Shin-Sapporo Ramen prides itself in being different from many other ramen shops. We make our own noodles freshly in the shop daily and pair different noodles with different broths to achieve perfection in Japanese Ramen cuisine.

Instead of using soup concentrates, our chefs painstakingly prepare our pork bone broth by boiling the bones over high heat for up to 15 hours.

And don't miss our famous Tamago which is firm on the outside, runny in the inside and our melt-in-your-mouth Yakibuta.
